Startup Vivaldi Technologies releases a new browser Tuesday, a technical preview version designed for Windows, Mac OS X, Linux Deb and Linux Rpm. Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner is an Icelandic programmer and businessman. He founded the company Vivaldi Technologies. Also Tetzchner is co-founder and former CEO of Opera Software.
